Something that is non-political!

I would like to reprint a poem I had to write for one of my creative writing classes in college, it is entitled SWEEP THE FLOOR.

Sweep the Floor

Excuse me sir
Could you sweep the floor?
It's filthier than a unattended port a john
Sweep the floor

Rock hard popcorn every where
I see DUST
DUST is my arch-nemesis
Invades like an army
and then colonizes the floor
SWEEP THE FLOOR NOW

I can't take it any more
OH MY GOD, a Pepsi spill
MOP IT! MOP IT!
Can you hear me?
The floor is being
possessed by filth
SWEEP THE FLOOR

If you could......
